POLICIES

​​Check in begins at 3pm. Check out by 10am.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30+ days from your arrival= $50 fee

  • Less than 30 days of scheduled arrival = $100 fee

  • Cancelling within 5 days of arrival results in forfeiture of the entire deposit paid upon booking.

  • No refunds will be given for early departures.



Violation of StoneBrook Resort’s rules and policies may result in guest eviction.

Guest Rules:

  • No Children. (All guests must be over 21 years old)

  • No Pets.

  • No unregistered guests or day visitors.

  • No loud or obnoxious behaviors.

  • No smoking indoors.

  • No group reservations unless the entire property is reserved.

  • No feeding or approaching the wildlife.



Colorado Law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any building opening. Smoking is allowed in the designated areas on the front lawn. There is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking indoors. Dispose of butts in a closed container. Do not throw on the ground, in the river or in your trash can indoors.


StoneBrook Resort and staff shall not be held liable for any guests’ on-site injury, property damage or loss of items. Guest shall also understand that additional charges may be assessed for damages to the unit or property.


Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

We do not have air conditioning. All units have fans and our temperatures rarely get above 85.

Please note we do not have phones, and cell service is spotty. 

 

All linens, toiletries and standard cookware is provided. You should bring own food and clothing.

Complimentary housekeeping is by request. This consists of taking out your trash and exchanging your towels.

The town shuttle is seasonal. Usually 6/15-9/15 please check their website for exact dates.

Hot tubs are designated per unit. There is not a communal one on the property.

Fishing is allowed. No license is needed so long as you stay within our property boundaries.
